A Postal Address can be used as the only identifier for a record or, it can be used alongside other identifiers.   • Wrapped in double-quotes with commas separating the street, city, state, zip code. (unless using Microsoft Excel and exported to CSV, in which case exclude quotation marks around the string)
  • If anything is missing (i.e. State), exclude the entire address (leave the cell entirely blank)
  • There should be 3 commas in every postal address.
  • If an apartment or suite number is used within the address it should be included in the street address before the first comma. Example:
    • No Suite: "1001 East Hector Street,Conshohocken,PA, 19428”
    • With Suite: “1001 East Hector Street Suite 101, Conshohocken, PA, 19428”
