Summary
As a subscriber to TCPA Guardian, you will receive weekly emails that help you monitor compliance for your lead program. Your Customer Success Manager will make sure you are subscribed to relevant TCPA monitoring reports such as the TCPA Compliance Adoption Report. This reports shows key data points that support the success of your compliance program. It is a weekly view of authentic LeadiD tokens, organized by Provider, showing the overall volume of leads that are meeting the minimum requirements to implement an effective TCPA Program. This detail will help you monitor and evaluate your provider’s TCPA Guardian implementations.
The table below explains the data points provided in your report, as well as recommended next steps:

| Lead Type | Indicates whether this lead was generated on a web form or via a call center. | Contact any Providers whose volume ratio does not match your expected volume in each category. |
| Provider | The name of the Provider you indicated you received the LeadiD from. | Contact those Providers whom you do not see listed here, as they may not be fully implemented with Jornaya. |
| Audits: The number of authentic LeadiDs on which you performed an audit, and Jornaya was able to evaluate the TCPA Compliance presence on the form. | A Jornaya audit checks your TCPA Guardian settings in your Intelligence Profile and stores lead level insight into TCPA Compliance. | Contact your Providers if the audit volume is not comparable to actual lead purchase volume for the same time frame. |
| Disclosure: % with Labels: The percentage of leads that had the required TCPA disclosure labels properly implemented by your Providers. | This is a critical first step to unlocking the power of TCPA Guardian, as it enables you to gain insight on all TCPA information. A ‘No Label’ response means that TCPA Guardian did not witness a TCPA disclosure at the lead event. There are two reasons for this – either there was not a TCPA disclosure statement present on the web page, or a disclosure was present but was not labeled properly using Guardian's TCPA Disclosure labels. | Contact Providers who do not have at least a 95% rate and ask them to review their implementation of the “TCPA Disclosure labels”. |
